Our story

How we work

Built around reliable servicing, written findings, and repair decisions that stay clear from the first check to the final handover.

Inspection first

Cycle Haven was founded by Lukas Neumann to give local riders a workshop that keeps service straightforward and easy to follow. The focus has stayed on general bicycle maintenance rather than unnecessary upselling.

Work only with approval

Each job begins with intake and mechanical inspection. We then separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance, prepare the scope, and continue only after you approve the work.

Checked before collection

Before collection, the bicycle is quality-checked and the completed work is summarized in writing so you know what was adjusted, repaired, or recommended next.

What we stand for

Values that guide every repair

A workshop approach shaped by clear communication, realistic repair planning, and careful bicycle handling.

Inspection-led service

We start with a careful safety inspection and mechanical check so the service plan reflects the bicycle in front of us, not a preset package.

Clear approval

If replacement parts or extra repairs are needed, we confirm the scope first and keep the decision with you before any additional work continues.

General repairs

We service brakes, gears, drivetrains, tyres, and general tune-up needs with practical attention to the details that affect everyday riding.

Documented results

You receive a written inspection summary and collection notes so completed work and next-step recommendations stay easy to understand.
